A multifaceted Tushar is armed with a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur in India .

Ajay Pandey

Ajay Pandey, founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Mastiff Tech Pvt. Ltd. views himself as a facilitator, making sure people work as a team and have fun, even as they deliver world-class solutions. He has plenty of plans up his sleeve as Mastiff moves up the value chain into IT consultancy. Ajay’s hands-on approach to business and first-hand experience with startups is particularly valuable in setting up and growing new practices within the organization.

Ajay, an IIT alumnus, has held positions of increasing responsibility, in hi-tech startup companies such as Viaedge and Proteans. He started his career as a programmer with SLM Soft India. Enterprising, Ajay holds a Masters degree in Chemistry from IIT, Kanpur in India .

Soumyadeep Paul  

A movie director by heart and a tech wizard by profession, Soumyadeep Paul is the Vice President of Engineering division with Mastiff Tech Pvt Ltd. Soumyadeep, a corporate maverick, maneuvers the growing needs of Mastiff Tech’s clients by designing comprehensive customized solutions. His business acumen provides Mastiff Tech an edge in developing a steady stream of leading-edge products and solutions. He is adept at building and nurturing inter and intra organizational networks.

Soumyadeep is known for his scholastic achievements and drama direction skills. Evangelistic, Soumyadeep has obtained bachelors degree in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur. His stint with Electronics for Imaging CA was remarkable, where he played key role in designing and developing multi processor colored printer. Soumyadeep has lent his technical expertise to various startups in India .
